Panagiotis, born in Kalamata in 1983, discovered his profound passion for sailing during his early twenties, drawing him into the captivating and majestic realm of the sea. Over the years, he has showcased his prowess in numerous offshore sailing competitions across the expansive waters of Greece, consistently delivering remarkable performances. In 2009, he accomplished the meticulous construction of a bespoke 14-foot day cruiser sailing vessel from the ground up, a vessel that has become a regular companion on his frequent ventures. His enthusiasm isn't solely confined to sailing boats; it extends to a profound appreciation for all types of powerboats, reflecting his deep-seated passion for water-based activities and an unwavering desire to explore and relish every facet of the marine world.
Professional Experience: Since 2018, Panagiotis has been a freelance skipper, adeptly navigating both sailing yachts and powerboats, primarily centred around the Southern Peloponnese region.
Qualifications: Sailing Certificate: Hellenic Offshore Racing Club | Powerboat License: Hellenic Coast Guard | SSI Open Water Diver Certification.
Education: Diploma in Conservation of Antiquities and Works of Art, UNIWA (2008) | Diploma in Advanced Music Theory (Harmony), Hellenic Ministry of Culture (2007).
